Included in your site fee is a maximum of 5 hours (1 pre-event hours and 4 event hours). Why? Being that we provide an all inclusive setup and break down for your event we make sure that you can enjoy your special day with no worries at all. 

Our Ballroom can accommodate 200 guests seated.

Sulit does not have a full kitchen. We do have a catering room located downstairs in the main building. This prep area includes tables for staging and has sinks, but does not include stoves/ovens, refrigeration, or an ice maker. 

Sulit Luxe Affairs will provide a list of preferred vendors, all whom provide excellent quality and competitive pricing. These vendors are very familiar with the facility and provide our guests with superior service. You are more than welcome to use vendors that are not on our list with our approval. We will only withhold approval if we know of problems with a specific vendor.

Once the date is selected, you will receive a contract and an invoice we require a retainer of 25% of the total balance if your event is 6 months or more out on the calendar or 50% down if its less than 6 months.  Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, you will be added to our calendar.  You will meet with the owner or staff, 1 month prior to your event to discuss the layout and pay the balance.
